Our Final Sound Activity / End Sound Phonics Game is the perfect hands-on resource to explore and consolidate final sounds in words. These clip cards are engaging for students and low prep for the teacher.

Use these cards in reading groups or class lessons to help students work on identifying the end sounds in words.

To indicate their answer, students can use a:

• Peg
• Counter
• Rolled up playdough
• Lego piece etc

Not every letter of the alphabet is included – this activity is all about the phonemes heard at the end of each word. Some phonemes are more common than others – so we have included multiple cards for those (eg: t, g and n).
